Hello! I’m Jodie! Thanks for visiting!

I’m a wife and mommy to two sweet little kids. I love to make things! I’m inspired by color, cuteness, and the sweet little things of our lives together.  I like sewing, cooking, baking, travel, photography and crafts of all kinds! In this blog, I want to share some of the things I’m working on, some of the things I like, and other fun stuff.

I’m also an ordained minister in the Reformed Church in America. I currently serve part-time at a small church in northern New Jersey.

Persimmon and Pear? Just a couple of my favorite things, fall fruits. They make me think of Japan. And they’re gorgeous! The orange of a lone persimmon hanging on a bare tree, against a chilly blue sky? Love it!
